Here’s how to…bring your feet together, bend your knees as if you are sitting on a chair, make sure your knees stay aligned with your feet. Bring your hands together at the heart center and bring one elbow to the opposite knee, palms pressed firmly together in prayer motion. Squeeze your shoulder blades together while opening your chest wide. Breath deep and slow while holding the pose as long as you are comfortable.
